SHEA VAUGHN & KARA OLSEN on WCIU TV

She is the ongoing Health/Wellness Spokes Model for URSM (not just mother to actor Vince Vaughn). Kara Olsen does a superb job demonstrating some of the signatures techniques, along with the peaceful journey- as she is a regular student of Shea's classes and training.
